USB modem for W7?

By default, my old faithfull Voyager 105 modem has done fine, even though I did try a free wireless router sent by my ISP some time ago
No hassle, no hacking, no separate power supply
Aren't I old and terribly sad?
Anyone know of a USB modem with drivers for W7, or drivers that will work with the voyager?

My reason for asking is that, while I do have a wireless modem router, it requires a separate power supply via a transformer plug. The usb modem, drawing power via the usb connection, switches off when the computer is closed down
I'm already looking at the power use of some of the latest processors compared to my existing computer with some dismay, and wondering why my transfer from XP to W7, instead of being green looks like turning out to be electric blue
So is there a current modem/router that runs using power from a usb connection?
Wireless is not necessary

that Windows 7 is going to ship with a suitable driver, although one may be available as an update later.
I'm afraid I don't know of a USB modem that has a driver for Windows 7.
