XP to Windows 7

Hello All , I am using a Aspire 5920 laptop with vista and might be looking to move over to windows 7 ???
Does anyone know if it will run ok on the laptop???

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.66Ghz, 2MB L2 Cache
Screen: 15.4" Widescreen CrystalBrite Display
Hard Drive : 160GB Hard Drive
Memory: 2048MB RAM (2 x 1GB Ram)
Optical Drive: DVD-RW Super Multi Dual Layer
Graphics: Intel X3100 GMA Graphics (GM965)
Networking: 802.11a/b/g Wireless & Gigabit LAN

Running a Windows 7 RC system needs the following requirements:-

a. 1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

b. 1 GB RAM (32-bit) / 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

c. 16 GB available disk space (32-bit) / 20 GB (64-bit)

d. DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
