Upgrade from ??? to Windows 7 Professional E

I will require Windows 7 Professional E when it is released, I am buying a new PC and will look for the option to have an upgrade coupoun with the Vista OS I order for the new PC.

Question is, which Vista Version will I need to ensure I get Windows 7 Professional E as the upgrade, would it be Windows Vista Business?
