This is the first time I have ever come across this. What does it mean and what do I have to do ?

I thank you for your suggestions but that did not solve my problem. I actually had to open ""Program Compatibility"" and folled the instructions.

you are trying to run needs to be elevated to run under administrator mode.
Right-click on the program's icon and select 'Run as administrator'.

I’ve never actually seen the message but I would think it’s to do with running a program from an elevated Command Prompt, i.e. click the Windows Orb (Start) > All Programs > Accessories and right-click Command Prompt > ‘Run as Administrator’ then type the name of the program and press Enter.
