WEI will not complete On 7

Hi installed the rc1 of windows 7, seems ok but cannot get a rating index,
It gets right to the end of testing then throws up
a window saying cant complete, an error from the os or something like that.
any idears?
Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3400+ 2.4mhz, skt 754
Gigabyte GA-K8VT800 Pro, via 8327 chipset
600watt psu
Gainward Nvidia 6800GS 512meg agpx8 graphics card.
maxtor 250 pata hardrive
2 x LG dvd burners. ide.
2 gig ddr400 pc3200 mem 2x1gig sticks.
windows 7 rc1.

I have just noticed that the o/s is not displaying
how much ram is installed, its says the cpu and
undernesth that it says installed memory which
is blank, is it a memory prob that is stopping wie from finishing?
