Installing without DVD drive? can i use Daemon?

is it possible to boot using Daemon Tools and install the ISO of windows 7?

basically i have a spare 20 gb hdd which i can install W7 onto and i was wondering if i mount the image can i install it with out having to boot from disk? just do it as normal from xp?

i hope that makes sense

dont matter now, the spare HDD is broken anyways :(
