Now that you have downloaded and installed the Norton software, how are things generally - have you noticed any differences in the way your machine and/or other software performs?

After configuring identity safe and putting a few logins sites complete with PW I applied and closed. The next web page that I opened required a login that I had not put in I had a catrostophic freeze on the laptop which I had never ever had before, tried to get to task manager nothing happened, the only way I got out of it was to hold the power button down until it finally closed the laptop and restarted.

Today experienced no access to any web-sites through wifi connection. Tried cable connection and no luck. Even when disabling the firewall, no luck.
Opened in safe mode with networking and seemed to get access to website using cable.
Restarted the machine again and again no luck. Ran a full scan with Norton as well as Malware Bytes which didn't find anything.
Had to uninstall Norton 360 which took a long while ( approx 16 minutes ).
Planning to re-install again over the weekend

Since straight after my last posting I uninstalled N360 and reinstalled from the original download left on my desktop and everything has been working fine no problems whatever.
