Now that you've had a chance to use the service, did it meet your expectations, or are there features you would like to see added?

£6.99 a month.........seems expensive for a product that various other people offer for free

Would I buy it?... No, reason being that you can't control fully what it says to fix and most things I can fix anyway.

A novice user might find this usefull but at £83.88 a year its a lot to pay.

on this beta. Could it be a lot of the testers are still on holiday?

If it is £6.99 a month, then this is quite expensive even when you factor in the helpers on the phone / via the web.
