Corsair Gaming Series 2013 Edition, 600 Watt, 80+ Bronze ATX PSU
Patriot 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz C9 Black Mamba Dual Kit with lifetime Warranty
Seagate 1TB Barracuda 3.5" SATA-III Hard Drive - 7200RPM 64MB Cache

The total price is £610 and i was just wondering if there are any improvements that could be made without increasing the price ?

You have an Intel processor and a AMD motherboard they do not go together at all.
You should be looking at socket 1155. Something from here. Scan.
Amd do you really need a wireless card. If you are planning on online multiplaying shooters then wired is the only way to play.

I have shaved a few quid and also added an optical drive. Partpicker. You could save further by a different case, I am a great fan of the Fractal Core 1000, great case. You will note that I have changed your PSU to a modular one, much better for airflow as you only need to use the cables required without having the spare ones cluttering up the case.
But I note you have not included an operating system which is likely to cost around £70-£75.

That sounds good to me! I'm also looking for a new PC, don't want to spend too much and what you found could be something for me as well.
