cheap childrens tablet

Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap tablet a 6 year old could use. Had a look at a phillips connect 3 but reviews weren't very good at all. That currently retails at £60 and was described as being up against the Ipod touch when it was released. Have a budget of £100.

If you are looking for something fun but also educational. This is quite good. The InnoTab 3S. I'll let you dig out the reviews yourself.
