cant help unfortunately it a bit of a grey area whilst an emulator in itself is quite legal the downloading of roms is not which i suspect you will be doing forgive me if i am wrong . Even spectrum games are still covered by copyright law as they have not yet reached period to fall into public domain.

I had a good emulator a couple of years ago and it came with loads of games, unfortunately, after several rebuilds, it's gone. thanks for showing interest.

Hwy Guys well i think that there is 2 PSP emulators available like Pspe & Jpsp.Both can run on Windows 7.However both of them are still in growth and none has been able to perform professional games.Thanks!!
