Hey everyone need a little help here, right now I am leaning more towards an FX-8350 Build being that it is 100$ cheaper than i7 build

You might want to wait for Haswell, which is the forthcoming Intel chipset. likely to be a drop in price on existing CPU's ETC.

But overall I would go for the Intel setup, possibly changing the GPU to a GTX 670, and most certainly dropping the PSU wattage as your 1000W is way over the top.
