gaming pc under £700

Hi guys wanting to make or buy a gaming PC for under £700. I am new to the world of gaming on the PC and in desperate for help. On the PC I will most likely be playing elder scrolls skyrim (plus mods), elder scrolls online once released and most likely battlefield 3 so need a PC that can play those games smoothly. A definite is also it must have a bluray drive. I tried the tek syndicate website which was really good however it is only in America and need help. Thanks, Scott
