Best jet in Planetside 2

Hi everyone If there is anyone here who has Planetside 2 and uses fighter jets a lot can you tell me which one is the best for jet versus jet gameplay and what upgrades to put onto it. It needs to be a jet that is only good at killing other jets and it doesn't matter about the faction. I want to know so I can pick the right faction for me when I get the game.
