How playable the game is may depend heavily on how customizable the game is, eg regarding its graphics options. I believe your intel HD internal graphics performance will vary depending on how much ram is available (?), and you seem to have a slower processor than what is the minimum. I know performance can vary alot for processor, so I believe the best test, as always, is to download a trial version of the game to truly know what its capable of and whats not. Perhaps someone out there has similar specs, and if you can give out the specific name of the game, they may provide better help.

Thanks for your advise. The title of the game in question is Train Simulation 2013. It sounds like I my have some problems, will have to search for a free downloadable trail of the game.
