Forget the second build as it has a poor graphics card.I do not think that the first build is particularly good value for money either. You do not mention which company or companies you have got these specs from.
Have you looked here: PC Build.
Ideally you should be looking for a P8P67 motherboard and a Intel 2500K CPU with at least 8GB RAM with of course your 570 GPU.

these are both from Dinopc.com and i have looked on that website before but i cant get a 570 gpu ect for £750 or less from pcspecialist.com, so maybe you could tell me an alternative for around £750?

I am really the wrong person to advise as I build my own PC's but I can tell you that SLI or Crossfire never seem to be quite as good as you want plus there can be a lot of problem's with drivers in my opinion. Go for option 1 but see if you can afford another 4GB of RAM there is not much point in Windows 7 64Bit and only 4GB of RAM.

Why is there not much point in 4gb ram with Windows 7 64bit? I find it plenty for gaming.
