I am building a new pc. Will this run M2TW ? With decent settings?

Processor; Intel Pentium Dual-Core G860 3 GHz 3MB Cache + HD Graphics Motherboard; ASUS P8H61 - M LE/USB 3 RAM; 16GB Samsung Dual - DDR3 1333 MHz 4 x 4GB Graphics Card; 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 440 - DVI HDMI VGA Hard disks; 2x 250 GB SATA - II 3 Gb/s Hard Drive With 8MB Cache ( 7,200rpm) DVD Drive; 24x Dual Layer DVD Writer +- R / +- RW / RAM

Altogether with this and basics - case, power supply etc - the price was £533.00.

Any good?

Is this your motherboard? Asus If so you will not be installing 4 x 4GB or RAM as it only has two slots, in any case 8GB is more than enough RAM.The graphics card is pretty weak. Does the £533 include an operating system? What case and PSU did you buy?

Graphics card is very poor. Consider at least a GTX560ti.
