Game with threat

I want to load CivCity Rome game but when I check for a virus I get a message "Virus found Win32/Heur" but I do not want to risk opening the game if there may be a risk. Can I ignore this please. I use AVG and it cannot get rid of the threat as it is on an optical disk and I cannot find it to delete it myself using Windows explorer.
Can anyone help please?

doesn't sound like it have the game on my machine loaded from retail disk kapersky 2011 didn't create

if it is a legit copy it is a false posotive if it is not it will load you up with a fake av

so retail paid for version run with it a download job you got what you paid for buy a retail disk
