memory latency

i have a-data vitesa extreme ddr2 and i know only 4 latencies cl-4 trcd-4 trp-4 tras-12 Anyone out there knows the other ones? trc, twr, trrd, trwt, twtr, trtp, twrrd, twrwr, trdrd, trfc
i also am thinking lowering the bandwidth and thus the latency to cl3 but have no ideea of any latencyes So i gues i'll be waiting for answers
