Civ 4 and DX

Good evening everyone.
Am trying to play Civ 4 on a laptop with an NVidia 8600gt card and Dx10.
When I try to run Civ4 I get the following message in normal and as administrator with compatability,

This application has failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Can someone please advise.

Go to click here
and download it. Unpack it with winrar or similar.
Then copy and paste it to your system 32 folder.
Start>computer>local disc c > windows>system 32.
All will then work(i hope)
