KOTOR 2 on Vista

My vista laptop won't let me install Star Wars Knights of the old republic 2(it stops on the fourth disc), but i haven't tried KOTOR 1 yet because i assume it will stop on one of the discs, any suggestions?

Whats the error message say?
Try turning off UAC in control panel> user accounts and then installing.
Another way(bit of a pain)
Make a folder anywhere on your hard drive and copy and paste the conttents of each disc to it and install from there. or even right click and choose send to my documents if easier.
This will take a long time but it should work.
If disc 4 won't copy to your hard drive then it may be a faulty disc.
You could try copying disc 4 first to save time.

nope not a faulty disc it works on my other XP's but not vista for some reason but ty anyway
