Scanning a single section of multiple A4 pages

We are looking for a scanner which can recognise a specific section of an A4 page to scan and scan just that bit. The section we’re interested in is approximately 8 cm high and 19 cm wide and is defined by a border. Do you know of a scanner or scanning software to will allow us to process multiple sheets of A4 with the image being automatically cropped to the size and shape of the bordered section and then saved as a file? Many thanks in advance.
