Email Tracking

Hi there,

Does anyone know of any software that does this? Or how you can set it up in outlook. I know how to set up a tracking link campaign through google analytics but would like to know the email address of the person clicking through. I've seen companies do this and would like to know how its done.

I use their free service to send out monthly newsletters for both my business and for a charity organisation I volunteer for.
