And how are you going to invoice orders and carry the stock you need while on the road? If you are driving around how are you going to accept deliveries from feed merchants?

I would suggest you need to be in the 'office' for a time each day to take orders, incoming deliveries and to do the paperwork. (there is a lot of paperwork involved and it is easier to do it each day than try to play catchup at the end of the month.
