Budget Laptop for Accounts

I am looking for a budget laptop suitable for operating our Sage Commercial Accounts programme. The recommended system specifications are:

Core 2 Duo processor or above with Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 512MB RAM or more 1GB or more of free hard disk space after Windows has been installed a 1024x768 (XVGA) True Colour display supported by Windows Internet access with Internet Explorer v6.0 or higher A DVD-ROM drive, a Microsoft-compatible mouse

The laptop will be used solely for accounting/emailing so any advice on the cheapest suitable laptop would be appreciated.
