Same SMS to people selected from an Excel

Is it possible to send an SMS message to people selected from an Excel spreadsheet rather like one can create documents in Word Mail Merge?
There will be between 200 & 300 in the list from which maybe 50 would be selected.
Want to use SMS because many do not access email often enough & the postal service is too slow & too unreliable.

you select - it's illegal to send unsolicited SMS messages.

The selected recipients are parents of chldren at a school & have given permission.

The second "Click here" is for an Excel addon. It adds itself to Excel but, on trying it, you need to register and the registration form only allows for UAE phones and addresses.
