Members Club Software

Looking for some pointers on where to get information for a software package that would suit a members club.

Just for some info on this:

1. The club has a bar and restaurant.

2. All members (around 600) have a club card, which is used for payment, but can be topped up with cash at the same tills (its a long story).

3. The club has 3 tills, 2 at the bar, and one at the restaurant.

4. Members pay a monthly fee, which is deducted from their card automatically.

Although its not a golf club, we believe that golf clubs probably operate systems similar to this.

If anyone can help, I'd love to hear from them.

Our current system has some flaws and it'd be great to look into another option.

The club is run purely on a voluntary basis, is non-profit earning, and also overseas!

These people will customise their software for you if you need a non-standard facility, and they'll even import all your existing data into their software, free of charge.

Thanks for the suggestion, we will definetly look into it.

The only other thing is that this system needs to run the till as well, ie paying for drinks, food etc.

Will contact that site anyway, thanks again.

contacting the Till's, UK, Agents, as they should know of any Software that is compatible with their equipment.

In the past I had compatibility problems connecting a PC to a a single Till to download it's daily totals, but I'm sure that things have advanced in the last 10 years.

It is important that you get some kind of Guarantee of Compatibility before you go ahead.
