Business Laptops (cheap = Dell?)

Hi all
I'm looking at buying a laptop or 2 for some of my companies office workers.
Our office computers only ever run a MIS, MS Office and email/web at the most so they don't need to be big on power. All the companies work is stored on network drives so the HDD doesn't need to be the largest.
I usually tend to buy from Dell business as their prices for low end machines are cheap and the machines seem to be reliable.
Are there any other companies out there I could at least compare Dell to or should I stick with them?
I've had a google but nothing much comes up.
Thanks for any help

I volunteer at a charity and do all their purchasing. If the Laptops are to be tken away from the office they need 15" screens and possibly encryption if it's sensitive data. I buy HP medium range £400 - £500 from DABS.com. I'm sure Dell are OK as I have a fe of those. You need good support (forum and drivers) and both provide this.

Regardless of what system you buy, if you are going to store sensitive data on them then you need to fit a security dongle, so that if the machines are taken outside they cannot be used unless the security device is fitted.
This is a prcaution in case the machines are stolen or fall into the wrong hands.
