TAS Books printing to PDF Factory

I can print TAS books reports to PDF Factory by setting it as the default printer, but cannot print invoices, statements etc. these are printed to the printer. Any ideas? We are still using Ver 3.19.

I use different pdf printer software, but I think it works in the same way within any program that can be printed from.
If you use the file menu and select 'print' you should get a drop-down box next to 'Name' which will include PDF Factory (in your case) and any other printers you have installed - select PDF Factory when printing an invoice or statement.
