Integrating Word and Access

Hi! This may have been posted (I have searched) and most likely in the wrong place. Any way here is my question, I write a lot of letters to a frield of mine and I was wanting to add a riddle or quote or something to the letter. I have created the database withe the info i want. but how do I add this to a word documetnt and ensure no duplicates##Thanks in advanced
