Hi all,
Not been on here for a while due to relocating the family etc. But as you may have seen recently, I've made a couple of posts and I'm back.
I've been in the IT industry for approx 15 years, as well as working full time I work self employed trying to get it off the ground with a view of working full time for myself.
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could become involved inwriting articles either technical or just helpful?
Thank you.

and you have some specialist knowledge your best move is to contact IT magazines and ask them. Bear in mind that most magazines have staff writers as well as a list of freelancers, and you'll be up against some established writers, but everyone has to start somewhere.
Don't expect to make a fortune from it.

I'm sure you know what it's like when you read an article and you're talking your opinion to it, knowing well that no-one can hear you!
I don't expect to make a fortune from it, I'm lucky enough to enjoy IT as a hobby as well as a career and like to think that I can help at least one person.
