When I try to call Orange on my mobile, I'm asked to press key 1, 2, or whatever. By the time I've heard this the screen has disappeared so I can't make a choice. How do I stop this disappearing act, please? I've tried the back button, but it doesn't recall the keyboard. There may well be a simple solution, but as a 'newbie' to the mobile world it isn't obvious to me, I'm afraid!
