Hot Swap Alerts on my Alcatel One Touch Idol

I keep getting Hot Swap Alerts on my mobile and don't know what to do, it's just so irritating. What can I do to stop it? Tried to have a conversation with Alcatel Hotline but I gave up as I couldn't understand him as his English was so poor..
