I have a Galaxy S2 and have a large number of contacts spread across my phone and Sim card. How can I transfer the contact details to my laptop? I have been told that I can use googlemail. Is this so and if so how do I do it? Alternatively what options are available?

Kies - connect by usb. That will transfer contacts to your pc for safe keeping but I suspect that you want to use them. It would be helpful to know how.
