Phone connected to pc with usb cord , however no auto play winddow pops up. Can anyone help me ? thanks

Can you tell me which mobile do you have? Because basically in android phone you connect your phone with PC, then there is directly connect with PC. In some android phone there is option in mobile to connect with PC.
