problems transfering phone contacts

Hi has anyone tried transfering phone contacts from a GT-E2121B to a toyota touch system. The phone will pair & operate via the system but cannot get the phone book to transfer using bluetooth. I have tried everything in both the phone and the cars instruction booklets but no joy. Have tried the samsung support but have not had a reply only an automated response.

if someone has managed to crack this I would be very gratefull to hear how.
