prev updates get warning then download. but yesterday got usual notificatioin but on going to update keep get the following

"access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it try later"

is this android 4.2? why try later if they will download in order?

I had something similar with my galaxy note, tried couple of times then updated via kies on my pc. Several hours later I got a message regarding the update was ready to download over the air. It seems that you may be put in a queue to download OTA. btw the update for my note was only to 4.1.1

downloaded at last this morning, just firmware not 4.2
