NATPC Tablet and AVG alert

MY AVG scan has shown an alert telling me my NATPC Andriod tablet has been rooted.

Unsecure privilidge mode detected. We recommend using only genuine firmware.

It suggests on FAC a factory data reset and replacment of the operating system.

Is there another option?
