please help,with samsung FIT,how to transfer movies to external SD

hi everyone

please i need your help.

i have Samsung FIT,with (What's up) application. i received many movies.on what's up,but the movies transfered to my internal memory of the .

Now i am receiving error telling me that the (internal memory if full).

please how can i transfer the movies from (What's up) movies,to the external memory card.to save the internal memory of the phone
