does anyone know which phone would be suitable?

I have up to £100 to spend. I need a SIM free, qwerty keyboard phone with camera, and note pad/memo with an alarm and also a dictionary. Or is there any way I can find these things out before I purchase a phone and then realise it doesn't have all the functions I want? Thanks.
