Transfering Phone Contacts and Emails Blackberry 8520 to Iphone4

Hello all

I've got my new Iphone today and I'm wanting assistance on how I would go about transferring my Contacts from my Blackberry phone to my Iphone can anyone assist me please?

I'm sorry but I've never had a Blackberry. Do you have the same contacts on your pc?

i have black berry , you can copy to data sim, transfer into iphone...http://www.mattressland.co.uk
