how can i register my samsung galaxy ace 2.. phone not on selection drop down menu

Assuming you are connecting to PC via USB, try a different USB Port.

Also have you installed Samsung Kies to your PC?

You have not said what drop-down menu you are referring to!

on the samsung website there is a product registration link when you go into the sections one of the drop down menus is models..... mine is not listed and does not give you the option to write the model in...
