I am using the the O2 PAYG Sim in my Android Note that was in my aging Nokia phone. I don't like the Note so I was thinking about a Samsung Galaxy SIII or an LG Optimus 4X.

You need to check the size of the sim card. If it is a normal size then it wont fit in the S3 as this takes a mini sim, dont know about the LG. Also the phone you are getting needs to be on O2 or unlocked.
