Not sure if this was for mobile phones or Tech help.It is related to my previous post titled how do I download ringtones to phone.I am trying to install the software but cannot get it to open.I have tried my internal CD Drive and my external one but nothing happens.The spinning disc appears for a few seconds then dissapears.Can someone advise.
