how do I Download ringtones to phone

Having just bought a new phone I wanted some decent ring tones so went onto Phonezoo.com and dowloaded a couple to my PC but have forgotten how to transfer them onto the phone.Bluetooth is enabled on the phone and they are saved on a folder in my documents
