deleting apps from an I phone 4

Hi, can anyone tell me how to delete unwanted apps from my I phone 4 thanks derek

Is it not the same as the ipad? Just hold your finger on any app, then all apps begin to shiver and now have a cross on them touch the cross, confirm,app gone. Press the home button, apps stop shaking.

If you want to delete application in iPhone then just press any application you want to delete and then press the cross button, the application will be deleted automatically.

That will delete it but do you not want it uninstalled which is different?
