Custom Text Tone On A Galaxy S3

Does anyone know how to assisgn a Custom Text Tone On A Galaxy S3? I have a small 10 sec mp3 that I want as a message alert but I cant see how to do it. I can only find the default notifications that are already on the phone. Thanks.

I have worked out the answer should anyone else want to know. the easiest way is to connect your phone to the PC via the USB. Then once the phone is identified choose the phone memory. There will be a folder called Notifications so drop your mp3, m4a etc into there and it will be in your default notification lists on your phone.
