Access virgin webmail on Nokia

I can't access my emails on my Nokia 6233 I get so far and then am stuck. On the Virgin webmail site I can enter my email address and password but then a message says that "the server is unknown" What does this mean and is this something to adjust on my phone or does the problem lie elsewhere e.g.with the network? Please can anyone assist with this problem? PS I thought I had posted this but can't find the original post so am repeating it

Hi Woolwell No the phone uses the Asda network which I think runs on T-Mobile. My emails are sent via Virgin Media, at Blueyonder.co.uk Thanks for help
