Hi My son has recently had the above phone for his birthday. He is on Orange, Dolphin, but it is EATING his credit. Think it may be because he is constantly getting messages to say he has got notifications on facebook. Think the phone is logging on to internet itself, therefore using up credit when it shouldn't be. Tried phoning helpline, but they should be done under trade description. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL - and you can't understand them!!!!! Poor lad has already lost £20 birthday money in credit. HELP PLEASE!
