Need a mobile phone with GPS but no camera

Really need help on this one. Need a mobile phone which has built in GPS which can be tracked (using a web based service - suggestions welcome) but the phone needs to be as basic as possible with no camera. Anyone that can help please let me know.

Look at http://www.amazon.com/BlackBerry-Verizon-Unlocked-CAMERA-Contract/dp/B005LOK62W for an example. It's a Blackberry Tour 9630 Verizon Unlocked GSM Phone NON CAMERA, GPS and Media Player (No Contract) but may be available in Europe.
